Design Decade Summit by Warsaw Home
Design Decade Summit by Warsaw Home
10 years of design. Many visions for the future.
Design Decade Summit by Warsaw Home is a special anniversary event created to celebrate the 10th edition of Warsaw Home. It will bring together architects, interior designers, design studios, premium brands, media representatives and key leaders of the interiors and design industry.
The Summit will be a space for conversation about how interiors, architecture, design and the home furnishings market have changed over the past decade — and, most importantly, about how we will design the future.
Today, design is no longer only about aesthetics. It shapes the way we live, work, rest, build brands, create experiences and develop business. That is why Design Decade Summit will present design as a multidimensional force connecting creativity, technology, responsibility, business, media and lifestyle.
What will we talk about?
The programme is divided into three thematic days, taking participants from a reflection on the past decade, through current market challenges, to the future of design.
Why attend?
Design Decade Summit is not a typical interiors conference. It is a meeting point for those who want to understand where the industry is heading and which trends will shape the way we design spaces in the years to come.
Participants will gain access to inspiring talks, expert perspectives, current market insights and networking opportunities with representatives of architecture, design, premium brands, media and business. It is a space for everyone who sees design not only as aesthetics, but as a tool for creating value, experiences and the future.
Day 1: Design Leaders Day
The opening day will focus on the people, studios and ideas that have shaped the Polish design scene over the last 10 years. The discussions will explore changes in the interiors market, the development of Polish brands and designers, the role of design studios and the question of whether Polish design has its own recognizable language on the international stage.

Keynote: A Culture-Driven Brand: The Evolution from Production to Experience
“How to Survive in an Economy of Rising Costs by Building a Brand Rooted in Culture” – the presentation explores the shift away from low-cost production and price-based competition towards building a strong and distinctive brand identity. It introduces the Culture-Driven Brand strategy, in which a brand becomes an active creator and participant in culture. The presentation demonstrates how involving artists and designers can give a product a compelling story, meaningful values and emotional depth, transforming it into an object of narrative and experience.
Day 2: Living, Contract & Experience Day
The second day will have a more business-oriented and market-focused character. It will explore the home of the future, hospitality, retail, real estate, commercial spaces and the role of design in building brand value and user experience.

Keynote: Props in the Theatre of Everyday Life
The lecture takes the audience through a slightly surreal world of conceptual design, from which emerges a story - at times unsettling, at times ironic-about people and their relationship with objects. The cube becomes both the beginning and the end of a narrative about everyday functional objects: companions that can be viewed as props in the theatre of constantly unfolding scenes.

The final day will open a discussion about the future of the industry. The programme will focus on technology, AI, ESG, circular design, media, social media and the changing role of architects and designers. THE FUTURE OF PROFESSIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP PRECISION • KNOWLEDGE • DESIGN
During the upcoming Warsaw Home & Build trade fair, the Polish Association of Tilers (PZP) will present a dedicated zone that will be a place of inspiration, knowledge, and practical meetings every day – for professional contractors and renovation teams, as well as architects and interior designers.
Visitors will see completed projects and solutions showcasing the possibilities of contemporary interior finishing, including impressive built-in installations and washbasins made from large-format materials, including Rocko slabs by Kronospan and Tubądzin.
Particular attention will be given to precision cutting, joining elements, and maintaining patterns and veining, demonstrating how a contractor’s experience influences the final result of a project.
A dedicated tools zone will feature solutions from Siri srl, Stalco, and Ferrati, with experts presenting their capabilities and applications in professional construction and finishing work. Given the nature of the event, activities that could generate dust and affect other stands will not be carried out.
The zone will also feature comprehensive construction system solutions – from WIM construction chemicals and building boards to WIM PLATTE modules. Technical and sales advisors will help visitors select solutions suited to specific projects.
Another important part of the zone will be a registration point for PZP certified training courses – a place for contractors and renovation teams who want to develop their skills and learn about the latest technologies.
The entire zone will be divided into thematic areas, with a dedicated expert for each area, ready to answer questions, present materials, and share practical knowledge.
PZP at Warsaw Home & Build is a place for everyone who wants to see what the future of professional craftsmanship looks like – precise, informed, and open to design.
